INSURANCE

I am paneled with 3 insurance companies. I am working on getting paneled with a couple more insurance companies. You may be responsible for deductible fees or a co-pay, depending on your insurance. I will work with you to have information ready prior to your intake. You will be informed of the cost of your sessions before starting them. I will bill insurance companies and provide necessary documentations.
