I am a Deaf cisgender woman who uses she/her pronouns. American Sign Language is my primary language and a central part of my identity. Living and working within a predominantly hearing world, I bring the perspective and resilience shaped by my experiences. I identify as a mother, a widow, and a crone—roles that reflect the depth of my journey, the strength I carry, and the wisdom I share.
Professionally, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Keene State College, a Master’s of Social Work from Boston College. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 1990 and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) since 2023.
I am a firm believer that you are the Captain of your Life Vessel. You are the one who has the capacity to decide your life’s path. I am here to work with you to navigate your experiences, challenges and obstacles. The issues of diversity, inclusion and exploring individual’s life experiences as they interaction with their identities and experiences which I believe are the driving influence of who you are. I am humbled and honored to be available to assist you.
